This two-row head machine range caters for automated dividing and rounding of wheat and mixed doughs with a rye content of maximum 40%.Throughput rates of 1,500 to 4,000 units per hour and the attractive price have made the Mini Rex the preferred solution for both in-store bakeries and industrial producers. The Mini Rex can be operated as a stand-alone unit as well as in combination with forming station and compact bread roll plants like G 2000, G ”S” 2000 and Laurin.
