This series has been specifically developed for small commercial and shop bakeries, and is also in use as additional equipment in larger companies.
The objective of providing a suitable solution for any bakery has been one of the principles of König and can be followed throughout the company history. Over time, this aim has been achieved, and we are today in a position to meet all customer requirements with excellent equipment.
The S series consists of plants based on the Mini Rex unit with hourly output rates of up to 4500 pieces. (Mini Rex with forming station, Laurin and ECO Schnitt)
