Technical details
- The dough is put into the roller hopper.
- Optimised dough portions
are transported to the weighing area by means of rotating star rollers. - The horizontally moving pusher presses the dough into the
openings of the rotating weighing drum. The excess dough is transported back to the weighing area by means of a scraping ledge. - After a 90° clockwise rotation, the pieces of dough
are transferred into the rounding drum. - The subsequent rounding of the dough pieces is carried out with a rounding drum with automatically adjustable eccentric. The size and type of the rounding drum will depend on the consistency and weight of the dough.
