For the toughest demands, the KGV industrial line is also available in the hygienic “H” build type as the KGV-H.

Hygienic “H” build type for the following modules:

• The Industry Rex AW-H dough divider and rounder
• KGV-H Intermediate proofing cabinet with Reginamatik stamping station
• WDK-RR1000-H forming station for long-rolled, flat-pressed and coiled products.
• MO(ST/ST/5B)1000-H five belt poppy seeder for seeding from from both sides
• ABI 1000/1000-H industrial removal unit

The hygienic build type is characterised by the following features:

• Up to 50% higher performance compared to other typical industrial bread roll lines currently on the market
• Hourly performance for stamped products: 45,000 pieces
• Minimized surface contamination thanks to newly designed frame constructions
• All of the mechanical drive components are completely sealed off from the dough area
• The use of sealed bearings means it can be spray cleaned with water
• The entire line is in an open design for optimal accessibility; large grid fence doors serve as a safety guard
• All of the conveyor belts are easy to use and can be removed for cleaning without the use of tools
• Reginamatik stamping station with removable and changeable pressing cups, stamping tools and transfer belts; can be removed from the line for cleaning purposes without the use of tools
