For Koenig, service does not only mean to be on the spot when machine failures are looming or when the results do not correspond to the targets. In our view, service means not to let things get this way in the first place.
At our Customer Demonstration Centres in Graz or Dinkelsbühl, training sessions are offered to our customers on a regular basis. In our seminars, participants gain an in-depth understanding of the production processes in the bakery. With this knowledge, they are in a much better position to gain a competitive edge. Our comprehensive training offers cover the following areas:
- Training for operating personnel
- Training for maintenance and repair staff or service technicians
- Demonstrations of new units
- Test runs with customer-specific settings, recipes and ingredients on our trial machines
- Analysis and optimisation of recipes and processes
- Practice-focussed events with partners (suppliers of ingredients, etc.)
Our seminars and training sessions are delivered by highly qualified and experienced master bakers and service technicians.
Process and application-specific technical support
We take pride in assisting customers even in exceptional circumstances. We offer process support from our specially trained master bakers and technicians on site for:
- Production optimisation
- Introduction of new products
- Machine settings
- Assistance in connection with peripheral equipment
- Customised solutions
Support with staff
Koenig offers you a unique service by providing staff to bridge temporary bottlenecks or in an emergency situation, for example:
- Unexpected increase in output, e.g. due to acquisition of new business
- Temporary staff shortages
- Temporary shortage of trained staff for new machinery
- Assistance during initial start-up by qualified Koenig master bakers
- Training and instruction of operating staff on the customer‘s premises
