Koenig expands its service presence: New branch established in Switzerland

We are pleased to announce the opening of the new König Maschinen AG service branch in Switzerland - for even better service and direct support on-site. We are thus optimizing customer support for commercial and industrial bakeries for products from the entire Koenig Group.

Dietmar Aichhorn, Member of the board

With highly qualified service technicians on site, the new branch will serve as a contact point for maintenance and technical support. Spare parts supply and technician scheduling will take place as usual at the Koenig Group's service headquarters in Graz.

With the opening of our service location in Switzerland, we can react even faster and more efficiently to the needs of our customers. This is an important milestone in our expansion and a clear commitment to being close to our customers,” says Dietmar Aichhorn, Member of the Board of Directors.

OPTIMIZATION OF SERVICE QUALITY FOR YOUR RELIABLE PRODUCTION
The local presence not only increases the speed of response to repair and service requests. It also enables bakeries to ensure even more reliable production and more personal support.

With Koenig Maschinen AG, we are strengthening our presence in the Swiss market and optimizing customer support for commercial and industrial bakeries for products of the entire Koenig Group.

The Koenig Group is continuing its growth strategy and has established a service subsidiary in Switzerland
