And the winner of the DBZ Trophy is: Artisan SFE EC dough sheeting line

For the twelfth time, the DBZ magazine awarded the Trophy at Südback. The coveted award goes to exhibitors who present particularly pioneering new products, innovative concepts or solutions for the bakery trade.

This year, we were able to take home the coveted DBZ Trophy at Südback. The newly developed Artisan SFE EC dough sheeting line impressed the jury with several features.

The Artisan SFE EC produces a smooth dough sheet thanks to ultrasonic technology. The system combines low hygiene requirements with a small footprint,

said jury member Siegfried Döbler, Dipl.-Ing. (FH) from the Berufsgenossenschaft Nahrungsmittel und Gastgewerbe, summarizing the decision.

We presented the new Artisan SFE EC dough sheeting line with its impressive benefits for the first time at Südback:

The new, compact Artisan SFE EC dough sheeting line offers impressive advantages: The “E” stands for efficient production of your bread rolls via endless dough sheet production, which is supported by ergonomic construction and ensures minimum cleaning effort with the Koenig “Easy Clean” design. All in all, affordable technology in economic terms that is quickly ready for you to use.

  • Perfect for seeded rolls: in various square shapes, with additional punching tools and integrated inline spreading
  • Dough sheet width: 40 to max. 240 mm / Dough sheet thickness: 10-19 mm (depending on dough)
  • Dough throughput: up to 9,000 pieces/h in 6-row operation
  • Outstanding ergonomics thanks to a churner that can be filled from the outside and integrated steps, making work easier and providing easy access to all important components
  • An integrated crate lifter and inline scattering enable a minimal footprint
