At Cukiernia Staropolska, everything revolves around craftsmanship, quality and the guest experience. Since 1997, the team has been creating confectionery with passion and attention to detail that conveys a sense of comfort and enjoyment. Every visitor immediately feels welcome in the cosily designed patisseries – every product represents a love of craftsmanship, the highest quality and the joy of enjoyment.

Staropolska’s values are also reflected in its own bakery, where bread and rolls are made using traditional methods with natural sourdough, delivered fresh to the shops and prepared with care every day. Guests can also experience this quality in the restaurant, pizzeria and café, accompanied by freshly roasted coffee. Staropolska stands for tradition, reliability and moments of enjoyment.

Inspired by craftsmanship, perfected by machinery

Cukiernia Staropolska uses the Artisan SFM EC to produce its popular square rolls. The machine works reliably and efficiently and requires very little space, which makes everyday production much easier. This enables the team to produce consistently high-quality rolls that impress in terms of shape, consistency and taste.

An additional machine is used for classic Kaiser rolls. Thanks to on-demand service, support and maintenance are available at all times, ensuring that production runs smoothly. For the manufacturer, this not only means a noticeable reduction in the workload of day-to-day business, but also the opportunity to combine traditional craftsmanship with modern production technology.

The machine works extremely well. It has improved our production of square rolls. It takes up very little space and it has notably high efficiency.
