From the first loaf to regional success

Piekarnia-Cukiernia Konkol was founded in 1985 by Aldona and Leonard Konkol as a small artisan bakery in Kłanino, Pomerania.

From the very beginning, they placed great emphasis on high-quality ingredients, traditional baking methods and homemade specialities. Today, the bakery operates several branches in the region and is known for its bread, rolls, cakes, tarts and handmade specialities.

The founding family still runs the company today: Aldona Konkol as president and Leonard Konkol as deputy managing director. The bakery thus combines tradition, quality and family management.

Success through strong partnerships

For over 25 years, the bakery has enjoyed a close partnership with Koenig and Cream. Together, they created a new production line that is now fully automated – from the processing of raw materials to storage and disposal.

This long-standing collaboration has had a decisive impact on the bakery: quality, efficiency and consistent standards have been significantly improved. Thanks to these strong partnerships, the bakery is able to deliver fresh, high-quality baked goods every day and continue its success story.
