Junior Marketing (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

• We are looking for a motivated Junior Marketing Manager to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing initiatives
• Graphic design of marketing and sales material:
• Creation and maintenance of marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, newsletters, etc. based on the specified corporate design, corporate culture, and corporate communication
• Support in online marketing activities:
  • Development and collaboration on online campaigns with a focus on digital content creation for various formats
• Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Support in planning international trade fairs
• Regular coordination with subsidiaries and sales partners
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders
• Handle day-to-day marketing admin and project coordination tasks

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take feedback
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools and Canva
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
